Kia Mhalifa is a guitar trio consisting of: Filip Schrijver (guitar), Thijmen Molema (drums) and Michel van Schie (bass). The band originated during corona and is now ready for the release of their debut album.They play raw jazz rock with influences from funk, soul and pop. Heroes like Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck and Eric Johnson have been great sources of inspiration for the music.
You will be taken on melodic lines, riffs, fire and relaxation.
The band will host a jamsession after their set.
